Description

The Vollrath/Idea-Medalie B401100 High Limit Reset Switch is a safety control system that is utilized in commercial ovens and foodservice heating components. It can measure the internal temperature and automatically switch the power off when the temperature increases above the safe operating temperatures to avoid damage to the equipment and to protect the user. When the temperatures are fixed the switch can be manually reset to continue with the normal operation. This is essential in keeping the temperature at right level and protecting electrical circuits in the appliance.
