Description

The Bakers Pride M1021X Thermostat W/Dial & Light 3/16" X 12" Bulb D1/D18 regulates the temperature by sensing heat through its bulb and adjusting the heating cycle accordingly. The thermostat works with an integrated dial and indicator light, allowing temperature settings to be selected, while providing the visual status of operation. It is installed within the commercial equipment temperature control assembly, with the sensing bulb positioned inside the cooking chamber to monitor heat levels. This component maintains the selected temperature range during baking, roasting, and other cooking processes in commercial foodservice equipment.
