Description

The Bakers Pride M1296A Oven Thermocouple 72" Long works based on the fact that it produces a small voltage when it is exposed to heat, and this is used by the control system of the oven to ensure that the flame is maintained at the right level. It is directly linked to the gas valve and sensing system and this means that the oven is able to sense changes in temperature. It is made to fit in the existing burner tray of a commercial oven, and it is designed to fit in the existing burner tray.
