Description

The Bakers Pride M2140A Ignitor is a high-performance replacement part intended for C011-G Convection Ovens. It has 24V with 29” leads and has a 2-1/8” x 7/16” diameter perforated sensor to bracket for the ignition control. The ignitor has the function to ignite the gas in the burner system of the oven to guarantee a flame for cooking. Some of them include; improved cooking performance, reduced energy consumption and longer oven life span. Mostly used in the kitchen and bakeries because it keeps the process continuous and reduces time wastage by frequent stop and start which affects the quality of cooking.
