Description

The Henny Penny 29510 Pressure Fryer Mercury Contactor is required for regulating the electrical power flow in the 24 VAC control circuit by opening and closing its internal contacts. This contactor energizes the heating circuit upon receiving the control voltage and then subsequently disconnects it when the signal is removed, cycling the cooking system. The unit is to be mounted within the electrical control compartment of similar systems, making connections to both the heating and control circuits. It operates mainly by switching electrical power during commercial cooking.
