Description

The Montague 19187-6 Convection Oven Sensor detects internal temperature changes inside the oven and sends signals to the control system to regulate heating operations during operation. It continuously monitors the thermal conditions and the heating output of the appliance is adjusted according to the temperature sensed. It is placed within an appliance and is usually set up close to the cooking cavity where the temperature needs to be measured accurately.
