The Crown Verity N4344-2 Thermocouple 100" senses pilot flame and generates a millivolt signal used to keep the gas valve open during normal heating. Its 100 inch length provides flexible installation between the pilot assembly and the gas control system. The thermocouple installs with the sensing tip positioned in the pilot flame while the opposite end connects to the gas valve, It works with the pilot burner and safety controls to verify flame presence and maintain accurate gas flow throughout equipment operation.
