Description

The Nemco N55825 Easy Grill Scraper is a food scraper using manual pressure to loosen food residue on hot cooking surfaces by pressing a flat scraping blade against the surface. The edge of the blade touches the surface to scrape off grease and carbonized material. The scraper is applied to flat-top grills and griddles directly in the cleaning process and is normally placed close to the cooking line or clean-up area. It has a handled design, which allows controlled movement on the surface.
