Description

The Star Mfg 2A-Z4930 Gas Griddle Burner Orifice #41 3/8"-27 x 1/2" Long, directs natural gas flow to a burner by establishing a properly sized opening that limits the flow of fuel to the burner and combustion properties for that application. The gas flows through the calibrated hole in the volume that is delivered at a specific pressure of combustion. It is fitted in the gas train in the burner equipment at which the 3/8"-27 inlet and the 1/2" length specification are identical. It is used in that particular #41 natural gas setup in commercial ranges.
