Description

The Prince Castle PC197-140 Thermostat Type K CAP 36" 285-538°F is designed to monitor changes in temperature in commercial kitchen appliances by using a sensor. This element converts shifts in temperature into electrical signals which regulate heating components to keep the temperature within a desired range of 285°F to 538°F. The capillary tube is thirty-six inches in length and can be installed internally in a position whereby the sensing bulb is directly connected to the main control interface of the appliance. This part aids in maintaining the consistency of the operations of the equipment by checking the temperature of the appliance.
