The Pitco B8039205 Gas Fryer Rear Tee Manifold SG14-4 PG is used to control the incoming gas flow to burner lines connected to the fryer and to evenly distribute the gas flow to the burners. It acts as a crossroad that keeps the gas routing constant in the system. This is a component that is placed at the back part of compatible gas fryers. It is made in the form of a welded manifold fitting that is integrated with the existing piping, to facilitate the correct ignition and distribution of the flame.
