Description

The Pitco P6072144 Gas Fryer Square Basket Fine Mesh E14/E14B operates by holding small food ingredients in a tight-weave screen, which prevents the particles from falling into the heating elements during the submersion process. This part ensures that there is a constant flow of oil around the ingredients and the filter is used to clean out sediment and maintain the integrity of the frying medium. The unit is firmly seated in the vat of compatible gas fryers and is supported on the base rack or suspended on the basket hanger when it is not in the vat.
