The Merrychef PSR101 Convection Oven Eikon Door Hinge Kit allows the frontage of the appliance to be pivoted on a fixed axis to allow the weight of the entrance to be supported as it is opened and closed. These mechanical parts make use of internal tension and alignment to keep the door in place against the chassis when the high-temperature cycles take place. This particular component is fitted on the left and right sides of the frame of the oven to provide a connection of the assembly to the main unit.
