The Pitco PTB2005401 Control Box Assembly SST Primary FBG is an electrical control that manages heating and temperature within fryers applied in commercial processes. It is linked with thermostats and heating appliances to manage the cooking cycles. This is a hardwired assembly that fits into the main control compartment of the fryer. These are the housing, circuit board and terminal connectors that are to be attached.
