Description

The Pitco PTP5045659 Gas Valve is a 3/4" FPT control part that is used in compatible commercial appliance systems. It controls the amount of gas that is released by the supply line to the burner assembly enabling the appliance to ignite and maintain the correct level of heating. The valve is installed in the gas control area of the fryer and is used in conjunction with thermostat safety controls in actual foodservice settings. Its position in the fryer is vital, as it facilitates secure delivery of gases and adequate coordination of the heating system and operational controls during normal operation.
