Pitco PTPP10565 Pasta Cooker Drain Valve 1-1/4" FPT S/S

The Pitco PTPP10565 Drain Valve 1-1/4" FPT S/S component is used to control the release of liquid in the pasta cooker to allow the correct drainage of the liquid and prevent spillage. It works by opening or closing in response to manual actuation whilst ensuring, that it is properly aligned with the piping and housing. The valve is installed at the bottom of the cooking chamber, and attached to the drain line and mounting supports are used to ensure proper positioning.
