Description

The Rational 24.01.351P Door Catch is a part that latches the door to keep it closed when it is in normal operation. It works with the SCC Line 201 and 202 units to keep their doors in proper alignment and sealing. This catch operates by locking itself mechanically when the door is closed and then unlocking when the handle is pressed. Its role is to ensure a constant seal by the door, hence keeping the heat and steam in the cooking chamber while also supporting secure and consistent equipment performance throughout the cooking cycles.
