Description

The Rational 70.00.029S Gas Valve Kit regulates the flow of propane to the cooking unit controlling ignition, and flame adjustment for consistent operation. It operates through a combination of solenoids and pressure regulators, that open or close gas pathways based on the appliances need. This assembly is usually installed within the internal regulation compartment connecting directly, to the main propane line and the burner system. Its placement allows for direct interaction with the appliances control system, enabling modulation of gas delivery while maintaining separation from other electrical or mechanical parts inside the cooking chamber.
