Description

The Anets P8905-02 Fryer Safety Thermostat is a component that regulate the temperature of the oil and stops the power supply in case it surpasses the established limit to prevent overheating. It has an automatic reset button, which enables the appliance to resume normal operation when the temperatures have gone back to proper levels. It has a 36-inch cap and a 450°F rating that enables it to be integrated into commercial kitchen appliances to enable it to be used in standard temperature control applications.
