Description

The Scotsman 02-2977-01 Ice Machine Lip Seal is a cover that is placed around a shaft or an opening to create a flexible barrier that prevents air, water, or contaminants from flowing between moving or stationary parts. When fitted, the mating surface is pressed against the lip of the seal to help keep the internal and external conditions separated in the housing or bore of compatible ice machines or refrigeration systems where a closed interface is required. This lip seal is made to be replaced when it is damaged or broken to make the right contact during normal operation.
