Description

The Cleveland SK104101 Convection Steamer Inner Door Assembly works by establishing a vacuum around the cooking cabinet to hold the high-pressure steam during the heating procedure. This mechanical part uses the floating design to self-fit in the gasket to ensure that thermal energy is confined to the cavity to evenly prepare foods. This assembly is set up on the inside of the main door of the steamer and is the main shield between the hot cooking conditions and the components on the outside.
