Description
The Cleveland S101794 Convection Steamer Steam Solenoid Valve operates by using a 120V electromagnetic coil that opens and closes the internal valve to regulate steam flow within a system and forms part of the steam control assembly. When energized, the coil lifts the plunger, allowing steam to pass through the 3/4-inch port rated for up to 300F, and when de-energized, it shuts the passage to stop flow. It is installed in the steam supply line of convection steamers to control steam distribution during cooking cycles within commercial cooking equipment.
