The Pitco B2005301 Fryer Solid State Temperature Control Box Assembly 24V controls the heating elements of a fryer by constantly adjusting the electrical current in order to keep the temperature at the desired level. It operates with solid-state components, which are capable of controlling temperature variations without mechanical relays, which means that it can operate smoothly. The control box will be installed in the control panel of the fryer and it will be tightly mounted to fit in the heating system and electrical connections to enable it to always interact with the fryer components.
