The waste oil carrier features an aluminum body with double walls that makes it durable and benefits from polycarbonate handles which minimize heat transfer. The baffle screen can be detached for increased safety when using the device. This waste oil carrier capacity and measures 56 1/2" in length, 11 1/2" in width, and 6" in depth and works with fryers that have drain outlets at 8 1/2" or higher. A stair plate accessory enhances durability during stair climbing and descending and the range includes five different models suitable for various fryer types.
