Description

The Star Mfg 2N-11090-21 Convection Oven Element 7.5kW EHS converts electrical energy into heat by means of passing the current through an internal resistance coil. When the power is passed on, the element heats evenly to the desired operating temperature either to cook or warm. It is installed in the heating component of compatible electric foodservice equipment, and it is in direct contact with the power supply and control system. The component is made to operate at high wattage with 240 volts. Its design structure facilitates uniform heat transfer throughout the active area.
