Description

The Star Mfg K9-EZG-995 Gas Griddle Pilot And Ignitor Assembly integrates a accurate flame system with an efficient electrical ignition mechanism, ensuring consistent burner ignition for optimal performance. It facilitates the synchronisation of gas flow and ignition timing ensuring the burners activate promptly when the control valves open. This allows for efficient flame transfer to the main burner ports, promoting uniform heat distribution. The gas griddle pilot and ignitor assembly will be placed inside the burner compartment near the burner rail and gas valve assembly on top of all compatible gas griddles.
