Description

The Groen Z009027 Draw off Valve Stem Coated 1-1/2 inch dia, works to regulate the amount of liquid or steam released out of an oven to enable a proper amount of liquid to drain out of the oven during cooking or cleaning. The valve stem is covered to give it a smooth surface to operate uniformly and to resist accumulation after repeated use. It should be mounted directly onto the draw-off valve assembly of the oven, but be properly oriented to fit with the existing plumbing and easily connected to drains or hoses. This part is located bottom of the oven where the fluid is supposed to be released and easily maintained.
