The Frymaster 2301177 Side Deflector Compatible with old ceramic target assemblies, features a 2-hole mount that directs heat or airflow inside the fryer, next to the ceramic target assembly, and directs the heat to the required area. It operates by directing thermal energy through its surface, and this allows the system to have steady contact between the heat source and the target assembly. This deflector will be in the fryer cabinet, and the two holes will be fitted to the existing mounting points. Its design and structure enable it to fit into older ceramic target systems and conform with the heating elements.
