Description

The Garland 2432000 Temperature Controller is a high resolution temperature controller that can be used on commercial griddles. It controls the heating components to ensure the griddle surface has a uniform temperature during cooking to avoid overheating as well as uneven cooking. It is fitted in the control panel of the griddle, where it connects to the electrical system of the appliance via which it reads the level of heat and varies it when necessary.
