Description

The Royal Range 3109 Fryer Thermopile uses the heat energy of the pilot flame to convert it into electrical energy that, in turn, opens up the gas valve to ensure a steady burner output. It operates by creating a low voltage to maintain the supply of gas open when the pilot flame is ignited to provide proper ignition and heating regulation. This thermopile can be installed into the pilot assembly of the fryer, directly facing the pilot flame and hence sense temperature variations and offer a continuous source of energy to the valve control.
