Description

The Bki (Barbeque King) T0095 Thermostat is used in deli cases and other models including CSW, CSWHI, SSW and more. Having a capacity of 250V and a top temperature limit of 450 °F, it guarantees stability and control of temperatures in use. It has a 3/16” x 4” bulb and a 42” cap and can give accurate readings and quick adjustments. The thermostat is very simple to install and can be used with OEM knob #K0049 for ease of use. It is particularly suitable for deli case temperature control as it provides easy and convenient control of temperature.

Step1: Shut off electrical power and gas supply, then let the unit cool fully before beginning work.

Step2: Remove the front control panel to expose the thermostat assembly inside the control housing.

Step3: Disconnect and label all wiring connections for accurate reinstallation.

Step4: Fit the new thermostat, tighten mounting hardware, and reconnect wiring to the correct terminals.
