Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-715048-00002 Thermostat Kit enables users to get specific temperature control in cooking appliances. The kit provides an FDTH-1 thermostat with a 3/16" x 14-3/4" capillary tube and a 54-ohm bulb which precisely monitors and controls appliance temperatures. The thermostat detects cooking chamber temperature signals which the control system receives for adjustment purposes. The control system uses received thermostat data to modify heating element operations for maintaining targeted temperatures while ensuring excellent performance results. The thermostat kit provides precise temperature control which results in better cooking quality and lower energy usage and improved food quality.
