Description

The Pitco PP10537 Thermostat Knob is an interface control knob used with a compatible commercial fryer. It provides the ability to regulate the oil temperature by adjusting the internal thermostat to 200°F- 400°F. The knob turns the thermostat shaft when it is switched to control the temperature at which the heating system is switched on and off. This ensures the constant heat of oils in the frying process. It is mounted on the front control panel of the fryer to allow simple selection of temperature and direct manual control.
