Suitable for BKI fryers ALF-F, BLF-F, FKM, FKM-F, LPF, LPF-F and LPF-FC, this thermostat assures accurate and energy-saving operation. Its solid-state design provides dependable performance with low maintenance, and the easy-to-install unit is an ideal replacement for knob order OEM #K0040. With the T0075 thermostat, it is easy to maintain the right temperature to fry the foods perfectly and lengthen the duration of the fryer.
