Description

Imperial 1150 BJWA Thermostat is a temperature control component suitable for use in griddles, ovens and ranges. With a by-pass adjustment at the top and a gas inlet down, it has the capability of controlling the temperature up to 500°F. This thermostat comes with a 48” capillary bulb and a 3/16” x 11-3/16” probe to guarantee even heat for great cooking experience. Imperial, Royal Range, and Tri-Star ovens and ranges are the models to apply this. Advantages include simplicity of installation and accuracy in the regulation of heat, as well as sturdiness for optimum usage in the commercial kitchens for long periods.
