Description

The Southbend 1170193 Temperature Control Thermostat FDO is a part that is used to regulate the temperature of commercial cooking equipment that is required to be regulated to the proper temperature. It is able to work at temperatures between 1500F and 5500F and has a 48" capillary tube to detect the temperature variations in the cooking chamber. The 1/2" NPT connection can be simply inserted in the control system of the appliance. In commercial kitchens, it is used to ensure the same amount of heat in continuous cooking periods. Its role to minimize the chances of overheating and to ensure the equipment conditions.
