Description

The Bakers Pride M1110A Thermostat works by detecting the temperature inside the oven by use of a capillary bulb that expands with the heat to control the mechanism. The bulb detects temperature variations and sends the thermostat to adjust the heating elements of the oven to keep the temperature within a given range of 100°F-550°F. The thermostat can be mounted directly on the oven, and it is placed in a location where the bulb can read the changes in heat properly and hence the temperature can be monitored accurately during baking or cooking processes. The component has a Type KA design with a 1/4 X 5-9/16 inch bulb that fits properly into compatible ovens.
