Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-411506-00001 Range Hot Top Thermostat 300°F-700°F is an alternative replacement temperature control feature that is compatible with VR2 and VR6 commercials. It also controls the heating components of the hot top to ensure that the surface temperatures are maintained at accurate amounts to ensure uniform cooking.
