Description

The Tri-Star TS-1161 Dial 2" DIA OFF-200-500°F is a temperature control part that is used to set and display operating ranges on compatible thermostatic controls. It fits on the thermostat shaft on the equipment control panel, where users can choose temperatures of 200° to 500°F and the off position. This dial is used as the user interface to control the amount of heat produced in commercial cooking equipment. Its indications are proportional to internal thermostat adjustments, which allow selecting the temperature correctly.
