The Turbochef HHB3227 Oven Swing Arms Service Kit HHB2 is designed to make the mechanical transfer of the internal impingement plates easier by attaching motor drive to the oscillating air distribution system. These replacement arms sweep the cavity of the unit evenly as the drive shaft rotates, providing even heat application. Installation is done on the side internal chassis and fastened directly to the bracket assembly that attaches the airflow manifolds.
