The Turbochef NGC-3090 Door Service Kit NGC/Tornado is a replacement part of the commercial cooking oven. It contains the hinge and other hardware that enable the door to open, close and seal properly with the cooking chamber. At the front of the oven, the kit attaches to the door frame and hinge points and fits into the oven body. In kitchen applications, it assists in safe and steady movement of the door, assists in retention of heat when it is in operation, and is also integrated with the existing mechanical construction of the oven.
