Description
The Pitco 60138701 Fryer Drain Ball Valve 1-1/4" NPT NLKG LH/FT is used to release the cooking oil in the fryer by opening or closing its internal passage. It works on a rotating ball design within the valve body which blocks or aligns the flow path as the handle is rotated. This valve is fitted on the drain line of the fryer and is connected to the tank outlet so that the oil can be removed under control during cleaning or maintenance.
