Description

The Vulcan Hart VH499595-00001 Burner Knob 2-1/2 inch with 1/4 inch D-Stem rotates the control shaft at the burner to alter the setting of the gas flow by moving the internal mechanism with the rotation. It contacts the valve or control shaft as the knob is turned to cause the position chosen to move along the range of the control. It is mounted on the front panel of the compatible cooking equipment where the control shaft sticks out, and the red color and size of the control should be visible.
