Description

The Henny Penny 51279 Holding Cabinet Coil Element W/Mounting Plate is a heat generator that achieves this by passing electricity current through a resistance wire coil to provide stable warmth to food. It is also made to blend with the internal heating system of the cabinet to provide even distribution of temperature throughout the compartment. This element is 4" x 6" with the rated power of 1000W and powered with 120 V which is directly installed in the holding cabinet and it is connected to the existing electrical connection to keep the desirable levels of heat during use.
