The Hobart WS-021-19 Slicer Washer 0.50" X 0.75" X 0.062" provides a buffer effect between the interchangeable cutter parts by establishing a gap and controlled motion between the parts when in use. It provides control between metal components, which assists in keeping things in place and reducing direct friction during assembly as the assemblies are repeated. This is mounted in the internal mounting points of the knife, which are between fasteners and other adjoining parts where nylon material is required.
