Description

The Winston Products PS2956 Universal Door Assembly uses a compression-sealed hinge mechanism that fits in line with the main cabinet frame to ensure internal temperature stability. This part uses a mechanical latching design that clips together when in contact, holding the thermal barrier to the face of the unit. It is installed on the front exterior of compatible warming cabinets, where it is the main access to the holding chamber. This stainless steel construction has a built-in high-temperature gasket, and a clear viewing pane that enables the user to constantly monitor the contents without always breaking the seal.
