Description

The Star Mfg Z1274 Thermostat Indicator knob W/Red Line & Stop Black Screw/Stud is a replacement control part that is used in commercial cooking equipment. This knob has a red indicator line and stop marker to assist the users in setting and monitoring the temperature levels. It is often used on countertop grills, griddles, and other such appliances, and is mounted with its screw and stud mounting design, and fits a 2-1/4" diameter control interface with a 0.187" mount. It serves the purpose of giving the user of the appliance and control of the thermostat settings of the appliance.
