Description

The Hobart 00-719708 Range Burner Venturi operates by controlling and mixing incoming gas with air before combustion in a commercial system. As gas flows through the venturi tube the narrowed internal passage increases velocity, creating a low-pressure effect that draws in surrounding air through the air shutter opening. This air and gas mixture then travels toward the burner head, where it ignites to produce a stable flame with proper combustion features. The component is designed as a cast iron, front and rear venturi assembly that ensures consistent air-to-gas mixing for burner performance.
