Description

The Hobart 719708 Burner Venturi combines gas and air prior to the fuel being burned. It is based on the concept of drawing air into the venturi passage as gas passes through the assembly to form the mixture needed for the burner operation. This part is fitted into suitable gas-fired cooking units, between the gas supply and the burner area. Its position enables it to mix the fuel with the air prior to the ignition. The burner venturi is a part of the system and supports the delivery of fuel in the correct proportion to the burner during cooking.
