Description

The Cleveland 8165 Steamer Element generates heat by converting electrical energy into thermal energy, allowing water inside the system to reach the temperatures required for steam production. Rated at 12000W and operating on 208/220V with 2-1/4-inch OC mounting, it transfers heat directly to the heating system or water chamber for continuous steam generation during cooking cycles. This heating element is installed inside compatible commercial steamers and steam generator systems, where it forms part of the heating assembly that supports food preparation equipment in restaurants and other commercial kitchen applications.
